The Mitsubishi Lancer was in production from 2000 to 2003. All 7 variants use petrol engines, from 90 to 130 hp. The lightest version weighs only 1,080 kg. Both front-wheel and all-wheel drive versions were offered. Against its predecessor (1992 – 1996), peak power fell from 140 to 130 hp, and minimum weight went up by 135 kg. The same generation also came as a estate.
