BMW introduced the 2 Series Gran Coupe in 2024 as a sedan. Besides conventional engines it was available as a hybrid; across 5 variants, power ranges from 150 to 300 hp. The most economical version uses just 4.2 L/100 km. The fastest version needs 4.9 s to reach 100 km/h. Against its predecessor (2019 – 2024), peak power fell from 306 to 300 hp, and minimum weight went up by 75 kg. It was also available as coupé and MPV.
